Returns Policy
Return by Mail
We'll gladly accept returns for faulty products upon receiving your items within 14 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon noticing any faults or discrepanices. Return shipping and handling fees must be paid by the customer. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Please follow the simple instructions below:
1. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
2. Fill out the Return Form attached to the bottom of your packing slip.
If you wish to expedite your return, please contact Customer Service prior to shipment. We will process your return and issue you a return number. Please write the return number in the upper right-hand corner of the Return Form, right next to your order number. Fill out the reason for your return in the "return reason number" defined on the back of the packing slip. Include this form inside the box.
We use the Royal Mail Postal Service for postal deliveries. Courier and custom shipping arrangements can be made to your specific requirements if you contact us in advance or when ordering.
Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for returned products at this time. |
